what is the warranty on your products?
Our soft furnishings in Singapore typically come with the following warranty. Window Treatments: 1-year limited warranty from manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Window Treatment Motors: 5-year limited warranty on all motors from date of installation. Rugs: 1-year warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects, including holes in the rug and abnormal shedding (loss of 20% of the rug's total weight within a year). where is the Aratamete showroom in Singapore?
Visit our soft furnishing shop at 276 River Valley Road, #01-01, Singapore 238317. We are open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 5pm (with last appointments scheduled one hour prior to closing). The showroom is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Public Holidays.
