1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (7 Days) Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging (including all tags).
  • A 15% restocking fee applies.
  • Refund issued as store credit.

Protected under the Lemon Law for defects at delivery

Product: Curtain Tracks | 1 Year warranty
Manufacturing defects (warping, mechanism failure)

2. WARRANTY CLAIMS

Attach: Photos/videos of defective curtain tracks on-site assessment (service fee may apply) or
Return to the showroom for inspection
Resolution: within 14 business days
