Our comprehensive installation services include the installation of tracks and hanging of curtains.

Upon receipt of your order, our dedicated team will reach out to you within two business days to arrange a convenient installation appointment.

 


1. DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are committed to ensuring the timely delivery of your purchases. All our products  are carefully packaged and handled by professionals to guarantee safe transit. We provide free delivery within Singapore. For all other locations, including international  destinations, shipping rates can be determined by entering your shipping details at checkout. Your calculated shipping charge will be displayed on the order summary  page.  

2.  DELIVERY PROCESS

Ready Made

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery for your order. 
Leadtime : 3-5 working days 
You will receive either an email with a tracking link or a phone call to confirm your delivery schedule. 
If you're unavailable, we can reschedule your delivery (additional fees may apply). 
Upon request, we may leave the parcel at your doorstep for a contact free receipt.

Bespoke

Our products are delivered and installed via our in-house team of installation crea, items will be installed and delivered to your specified address. 
Additional services like unpacking, assembly, installation, or moving items into specific rooms maybe chargeable based on project requirements.
Leadtime: 5-6 weeks for window treatments.
Leadtime: 8-10 weeks for carpet/rugs (excluding sampling time). 

3. DELIVERY CHARGES

Ready Made curtains: A flat S$25 delivery fee applies, covering careful order processing, secure packaging, and delivery to you. Standard delivery is free for all orders above S$200.00.

Bespoke products: Our delivery charges cover order processing, handling, packing, and delivery to you. Standard delivery is free for orders above S$1000.00.

Limewash:  Orders below $400 incur a flat rate fee of S$25. Orders over S$400 enjoy free shipping. Deliveries occur every Wednesday and Friday, with scheduled timings communicated beforehand.
Cut-off times for small parcel delivery items are:


Wednesday Delivery: Orders accepted until 9 am from Saturdays to Wednesdays.
Friday Delivery: Orders accepted until 9 am from Wednesdays to Fridays.

4. RECEIVING ITEMS  

  • Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the items and surroundings for any  damages.  (Bespoke, ready made curtains, Limewash)

  • Report any damages immediately during the delivery and installation.  Signing acceptance of the delivery order indicates acceptance of goods and  surroundings conditions.  

  • Email us at hello@aratamete.com with detailed descriptions and  photos/videos of any faults.  

  • Aratamete reserves the right to determine defects and offer replacement or  repair at its discretion.

5. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Unsuccessful delivery, due to incorrect delivery address will incur subsequent  delivery fees.

6. NOT PRESENT TO RECEIVE DELIVERY

  • For Small parcel delivery; such as ready made curtains, limewash, etc, instruct  the delivery partner for doorstep delivery if absent. Otherwise rescheduled  delivery charges up to S$50.00 may apply.  

  • For Goods and Services that require installation please assign proper point  of contact during your scheduled delivery and installation for a smooth and successful order fulfilment. 

  • Clients are encouraged to inspect goods and services before signing a delivery  order. 

7. DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS

  • Aratamete reserves the right to reschedule delivery due to unforeseen  circumstances.  

  • While we will do our best to deliver within the designated time slot, no specific  delivery time can be guaranteed.  

  • Aratamete is not liable for any losses incurred due to delivery delays.

  • Change of delivery date requires at least 3 business days' notice in advance.

8. SHIPMENT WORLDWIDE

For overseas shipment, please get in contact with us directly via hello@aratamete.com and we will work with you to determine the most suitable  shipping method based on your requirements. 

RETURNS (applicable for curtains in-stock only) 

1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (7 Days) Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging (including all tags).
  • 15% restocking fee applies.
  • Refund issued as store credit.

2. FAULTY ITEMS

Coverage:

  • Manufacturing defects (materials/workmanship)
  • Incorrect or damaged items received

Process:
① Notify us at hello@aratamete.com within 14 days of delivery.
Subject line : "Defective Item: [Order #]
Include : Clear photos/videos of the issue with receipt
② Our team will review and contact you to arrange:

  • Replacement (1:1 exchange), or
  • Full refund

WARRANTY (applicable for curtains in-stock only)

1. COVERAGE SUMMARY 

Product : Curtain Fabrics | No warranty
Protected under Lemon Law for defects at delivery

Product : Curtain Tracks | 1 Year warranty
Manufacturing defects (warping, mechanism failure)

2. WARRANTY CLAIMS

Process:
① Email hello@aratamete.com with:
Subject : "1 year warranty: [Order #]"
Attach : Photos/videos of defect curtain tracks
On-site assessment (service fee may apply)
or
② Return to showroom for inspection
Resolution : within 14 business days

KEY POLICIES | No returns for:

  • Custom/made-to-order items
  • Damage from improper installation
  • Inspect all items immediately upon delivery
