We're delighted to assist you in selecting the perfect window curtains for your Singapore home. Follow our simple ordering process to get tailored curtains for your space:

• Step 1 (Showroom Consult):  We would advise booking an appointment at our showroom for a personalised consultation about the various window treatment options. Bring along your floor plan for a more effective consultation. Please note that we currently do not provide on-site consults. 
• Step 2 (Quote): An indicative quote will be provided based on your floor plan. 
• Step 3 (Measurement & Quote Revision): After confirmation, we would request a 50% deposit, before we head down to your home to obtain actual measurements. The quote will be adjusted from there to reflect the actual measurements. From our experience, the prices may vary +/- 5-7% on average. 
• Step 4 (Installation): After confirmation of the revised quote, our team will get in touch with a tentative installation date, usually 5-6 weeks after the final measurement.

At Aratamete, we prioritise the prompt and secure delivery of your tailored curtains. Our shipping process is designed with meticulous attention to detail, from the professional packaging to expert handling, ensuring that your items are delivered in impeccable condition. 

We partner with leading parcel delivery services and employ our own skilled installation team to ensure that not only are your items delivered, but they are also expertly installed at your designated address. This comprehensive service may include unpackaging, assembly, and precise placement of items, with additional services available according to the specific requirements of your project.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking link or a phone call to arrange a delivery time that suits your schedule. Should there be any change in your availability, we offer the flexibility to reschedule the delivery for a small fee or follow your instructions to leave the items at your doorstep. 

Our delivery charges are straightforward and are meant to cover the entire process including order processing, handling, packing, and actual delivery. Delivery within Singapore is free, and for orders over $1,000, we extend this courtesy universally. For smaller items such as Limewash, a flat rate of S$25 is applicable for orders under $400, while orders above this threshold enjoy free shipping. 

Deliveries are planned every Wednesday and Friday, with the order acceptance closing at 9 AM from the preceding Saturday to Wednesday for Wednesday delivery, and similarly from Wednesday to Friday for Friday delivery.
