Our current lead-time stands at approximately 4-5 weeks from date of final measurement to fabrication, subject to delay from unforeseen changes in movement control orders locally/overseas. Our representative will get in contact with you in the event of any changes to the lead-time, so that you can make the necessary arrangements.

The standard practice for site measurements would only be done after a 50% deposit.

Please ensure your ceiling is reinforced for the installation of window treatment.
Accessibility equipment for ceiling height (>3.2m) not included. Scaffolding prices would be quoted if necessary.

Final Site Measurement: Please ensure that your site is ready for the final round of measurements, if any. Any changes to the following (floor-ceiling height, structural, carpentry or final placement) will affect the curtain measurements, and alterations will be subject to a charge.

Installation includes: Ironing of all sets of curtains

Alterations: Alteration due to our mistakes will not be charged
Alternation due to client’s change in requirements are chargeable (transport waived)
